| Question: | What is PMP's Warranty Policy?
|
| | Answer: | We warrant our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of time. With the exception of Electronic Printers, all of our products have a 1 year warranty. Electronic Printers have a 90 day warranty. This period of time is measured from the date of shipment from a distributor's stock. Within the warranty period, we will repair or replace such products that are returned to us and found to be defective upon examination. This warranty will not apply to any product that has been altered or repaired by persons other than our authorized agents or employees.
DISCLAIMER The provisions of this "Warranty Policy" are our sole obligation and exclude all other warranties of merchantability, expressed or implied. Further, there are no warranties which extend beyond the above.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In the event of any claim for breach of our obligations, whether expressed or implied, and particularly in the event of any claim of a breach of the warranties contained in our "Warranty Policy" above or any other warranties, expressed or implied which might, despite the "Disclaimer" above be determined by a court of law, PMP shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential damages, or losses or expenses arising in connection with the use of, or inability to use, our goods for any purpose whatsoever. |

| Question: | Do I need an RGA to return an item to PMP?
|
| | Answer: | You may need to request an RGA if:
* We have advanced an item to you for a warranty item you are returning. An RGA on the returned warranty item alerts us to issue a credit.
* You received an incorrect item and we re-shipped the correct one. An RGA is needed to return the incorrect item so we can issue a credit.
